My research focuses on large-scale recent field movements, namely landslides, complex slides, and block slides. I am interested in developing a model to assist and monitor mass movements in hazardous areas to predict “where” and “when” these catastrophic events may have a high probability to occur in the future worldwide. I am also willing to contribute to other types of natural disasters (storms, earthquakes, hurricanes…etc.), and participate in saving lives by using Geographic Information systems (GIS), Remote Sensing, Internet of things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
